Top Ten Movie Monsters of All Time

Here are a few on my favorite movie monsters of all time, feel free to leave any comments below about your favorites.

10. The Host (2006)  Tadpole Fish
One of the most horrifying tadpole fish creatures I've ever seen in my life, although the movie is not that great I believe the monster makes up for it!

9. Clash of the Titans (2010)  The Kraken
Not only one of my favorite movies from 2010, but the Kraken is by far one of the scariest movie monsters I've ever seen on screen.

8. Reptillicus (1961) Reptillicus
Reptillicus was a beast from the Sea that terrorized people at land and on the water, but not only could Reptillicus live under water he was also able to fly, until the director thought that was to unrealistic for a mythical creature, HAHA.

7. Ghostbusters (1984) Marshmallow Man
How could he not make this list! Not only a great movie but one of the scariest Marshmallows anyone has ever seen.

6. Predator (1987) Predator
Definately the scariest creature from the 1980's, Predator faces Schwarzenegger and a star studded cast against Aliens from outerspace who plan to destroy earth.

5. The Exorcist (1973) Satan
For christ sake, of course Satan is going to make this list! The scene when he takes over Linda Blairs body is possibly the scariest movie scene I've ever watched.

4. Cloverfield (2008) Fish Monster Thing
I have no idea what the hell that thing was, but definately deserved a spot on this list even though it only made a short cameo on screen.

3. Jaws (1975) Jaws
This has probably made every movie monster list every made and rightfully so. Jaws creates the essence of the vulnerability people have in water with a massive 100 foot shark, now who doesn't love that!

2. King Kong (2005) King Kong
Arguably could of been number one, King Kong (for those of you who have lived under a rock all your life and haven't seen king kong) is a giant monkey with a crush on a woman, and will do anything to protect her.

1. Godzilla (1956) Godzilla
Hailing from Tokyo Japan...weighing 22,000 tons...GODZILLA! By far the best movie monster ever created, Godzilla has starred in many films, remakes, and sequels between the period of 1956-2006.

Top Ten Movies of All Time

10. Psycho (1960)
The freak show Norman Bates, the not so innocent Marian Crane, and the extremely strange explanation of the murders, whats not to love about this Hitchcock thriller.

9. E.T. The Extra Terrestrial (1982)
Often voted the best film of the 1980's, E.T. features a young boy Elliot and his alien friend E.T. who both go through struggles and hardships, but it teaches Elliot the true values of friendship. A true masterpeice for any age.

8. One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (1975)
Arguably Jack Nicholson's best performance of all time, he is cast as R.P. Mcmurphy who pretends to be insane so he can escape working while in prison but gets all he can handle at the mental institution by Head Nurse Ratchet.

One of Brad Pitt's best performances stages him with Morgan Freeman as two detectives hunting  a serial killer who uses the seven deadly sins as his modus operandi.
